Dr. Didwania graduated from the University of Michigan medical school and from Northwestern's residency in 2005. He served as a chief medical resident during the academic year 2005-2006. Dr. Didwania is currently a faculty member in the Division of General Internal Medicine. He has been involved in several quality improvement projects as well as a chart review looking at the effects of our training programs in medical simulation. Dr. Didwania brings his enthusiasm and energy to the residency program where he is known as a thoughtful leader and excellent teacher.
Dr. Didwania sees a full breadth of adult medicine from preventative health, well visits and sports physicals to managing acute problems such as headaches and back pain, to chronic disease such as diabetes and coronary artery disease. The most rewarding part of his job is certainly helping people be well and feel well. This is not always easy, but he also feels rewarded by being thorough and developing relationships with patients. Inherent to this reward is a fascination with the science of medicine.
