Dr. Lori Walsh is a pediatrician at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and a clinical instructor in the department of Pediatrics at Children’s Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Walsh is preceptor for Northwestern University medical students and Children’s Memorial Hospital Pediatric residents.
She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Pathways Awareness Medical Roundtable.
Her bibliography includes American Academy of Pediatrics Hot Topics-Online Course and Recognizing Early Motor Delays-October 2009.
Her practice philosophy is she is the co-owner of an independent general pediatric practice that cares for children from birth through college. I love watching children and their families grow and see my role as a trusted resource in everything from sleep training in early infancy to reminding teenagers of sleep requirements. I particularly enjoy early child development anticipatory guidance, preventive medicine, care of the chronically ill, acute illness care, adolescents and education of parents and medical professionals in training.
