Mark J. Ricciardi, MD

Dr. Ricciardi is the director of the Cardiac Catheterization Labs and Interventional Cardiology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute, where he also serves as the medical director of the Center for Coronary Disease. He received his medical degree from New York University, completed residency at Yale, and cardiovascular and interventional cardiology fellowships at Michigan. He is an active member of the American Heart Association (AHA), the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Intervention (SCAI). His principal clinical and research interests are complex coronary intervention, chronic total occlusion (CTO) intervention, transcatheter mitral valve repair (TMVR), and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR).
