Dr.Narechania is a clinical instructor in the department of neurology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and a neurologist on staff at Northwestern Memorial Hospital where she is part of the interdisciplinary care team at the Comprehensive Epilepsy Center. Her practice focuses on the medical and surgical treatment of epilepsy. Areas of clinical research interest include trends in temporal lobe epilepsy and prevention of sudden unexplained death in epilepsy.
She graduated from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago and was a neurology resident at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Following residency, she stayed on at Northwestern University to complete a clinical neurophysiology fellowship in epilepsy and intraoperative monitoring.
