Excellent doctor who is an expert in mycosis fungoitis (CTCL) & all medical students in dermatology at NW spend 6 weeks with him so that they recognize CTCL- Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma in their patients after their Doctorate in Dermatology. He does research & works with Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation. He is always working on solutions to my problems & is a miracle worker. I am blessed to have him as my doctor.

He saved my life. After visiting 4 other dermatologists who tested everything including 120 skin patches, 4 different ointments, many biopsies, my arms and legs were full of lesions and very swollen; it was hard to walk. Dr. Guiitart spent 3 hours finding a care plan of a chemo pill, plus phototherapy and something to care for side effects of the pill. It has been a god send; there are only a few lesions now and I have energy.

DR. Guitart and staff were lovely .I would only recommend him to people who have t-cell lymphoma and since that is a rare cancer ,it is unlikely that I would need to make the recommendation .

Exceptional doctor, thorough, listens to me, explains everything in detail, answers all my questions, does research for Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma & is so knowledgeable. As my disease has progressed he always has a solution including meds, topical creams or ointments, NB-UVB light treatments & radiation. Since September I had complicated & rare radiation with Dr. [ ] & chemo treatments with Dr. [ ] who are the best. I am fortunate to be alive because of his wonderful care. I am very blessed.
